One to One Nutrition Coaching
Many people struggle to maintain a healthy diet. Coach Rita will work with you on a One to One basis to find out what your current lifestyle and eating habits are, conduct a few Anthropometric measurements and support you by offering you advice and guidance on your healthy eating meal plan and training to gain the weight loss, health and fitness goals you are looking to achieve.
1 x 60 minute session conducted on a One to One basis face to face or Skype (please note - if session is conducted via Skype, you will need a tape measure and weighing scale to complete the measurements needed)
One to One Fitness Coaching
The lack of motivation is the number one reason many fail to keep up a regular fitness regime. The other is having enough time.
Coach Rita's main aim is to not only motivate you but to also keep you accountable to your fitness goals and to show you programmes that you can follow easily to achieve success.
All of these programmes come with meal plans that are easy to follow and access to equipment needed depending on the programme you choose to follow.
Sessions vary depending on clients needs throughout the programme. Coach Rita is there to help the client throughout their entire journey whilst on the programme, therefore, there is no set appointment.
Online Health and Fitness Challenge Groups
Some people stick to their Health and Fitness goals more easily when they are in a group of people, who all have the same intentions as them.
Coach Rita runs monthly Challenge Groups via a private FB group page to all those who have purchased a fitness package from Coach Rita. In this group, Coach Rita is on hand to help all the challengers stay motivated and accountable to their goals by sharing tips and guidance in the group, live video motivation, group coaching and One to One coaching.
