Facing the fears

Recently the topic of facing our fears has been in many conversations I have had, both with clients and at a talk I was a part of in London on 14th July 2017. 

The reality of it all is that many of us try to push our fears to one side and hope that we have dealt with it. But then, a few months or years later, the fears come back to haunt us and these begin to affect our emotion, which then creates limiting beliefs and blocks from moving forward. 

When these fears rise to the surface, it can be scary and often leaves an individual feeling helpless and lower than when they first had to deal with the fear. 

This is because over time, as life brings many ups and downs, we begin to build on these negative emotions and therefore, add more fuel to the fire, hence the rollercoaster of emotions begins again.

What we resist, persists and no matter how much we strive to move forward in life, we will always struggle, as we haven't cleared the fear that blocks our path in moving forward.

It's like driving your car and noticing the fuel is hitting the E gage on the dashboard, but hoping it will get you where you need to go or fill up automatically for you, so you don't have to make a detour and stop at a petrol station to fill it up. But you and I know that is not going to happen. You are going to only get so far, before your petrol is empty and you can't go anywhere. No matter how much you press on that accelerator, you are not going no where. 

This is why it is so important to check in on yourself and face your fears and release them so you can move forward with a positive mind frame. 

Yes it is scary but my message to all of you, is don't allow yourself to suffer and let the past control you. You deserve a great life and to have a fresh start, is the way to go. Seek Energy Healing, Meditation, coaching, whatever will open you up to face your fear and to overcome them. 

You owe it to yourself to shine bright and let go of heavy emotions that fear can bring. Be the car, full of petrol and moving forward to your chosen destination.
