What is Your Reality?

This morning as I scrolled through Facebook after doing my daily meditation and gratitude practice, I came across a video of a talk by Kyle Cease called 'Why being realistic is delusional', which I had to share on my page and on my private LOA Group page. Finally someone other than Abraham Hicks, was talking about the delusion of reality. 

We often get so caught up in what is happening right now, in our current situation and if it's bad, we add to it, as we are focused on it. But if it is not bad, we think about the things that could possibly go wrong and bring in worry into our reality, which often starts us on the negative road to disaster. 

I always tell my clients, your reality really is as a result of your past thinking. If you want to change it, for the better, all you have to do is change what you think about. As Abraham says, "It's a bouncing off stage". 

There is a lot of negative things that are happening in the world today - and to add to it I heard on the news that there has been over 450 acid attacks in London this year so far! The world has gone crazy and yes this is reality, but the more you switch in to listen to this, the more you are bringing it into your reality. 

Lets move our focus from the negative things that are happening or the negative things that you are think is going to happen in your reality right now. It's time to change our reality. It's time to change your perspective of your own reality. 

Be different, don't follow everyone else. Focus on the reality you want for yourself. The reality where all is well and you are happy. What is wrong with that? 

We are co-creators in this life and we can create our reality to be whatever we want it to be, all you have to do is take your focus away from 'What if this goes wrong?' and 'But look at what is happening in the news?' and move it to 'What if everything turned out wonderful?' and 'I am safe in my world'. 

Remember, like attracts like, so step away from reality every so often and focus on creating the reality you want instead. It's so much fun, and the best part of it is, the more you do this, the more you manifest what you want into your reality.
